This post is coming a little late. But I swear I have a good excuse 🙂

I spent yesterday in the ER.

Which brings me to today’s TILT post.

The simple things in life.

This post is going to be short and sweet, even though I have so much I want to say.

I am so thankful to be alive. I am so thankful to be somewhat healthy. And I am so thankful for all of the amazing people in my life.

With all of the craziness that life brings us, it’s so nice to just be able to sit down and relax sometimes.

I make it a point to give myself something good when things get hard or stressful.

Whether it be sitting down with a nice cup of coffee and a friend, or laying in bed listening to music, or treating myself to some “me” time.

So yesterday I went and got a pedicure 🙂
And yes, my nails are purple.
