What a week this has been!
Last weekend I held my first ever boudoir marathon! The girls rocked their sessions! Seriously, they did such an amazing job! And I cannot that Kristine and Chelsea enough for their amazing work. The girls left feeling so good about themselves! It made my week!
I plan on posting a sneak peek tomorrow. If you are following my facebook page, you have seen it 😉
I spent Sunday doing something I love…
Playing Dungeons and Dragons.
I know.
I know.
I never thought I would be the kind of person to play D&D. But then I met this pretty awesome guy. And then I fell in love with him. And then he introduced me into a world of geekery completely unknown to me.
I gladly spend hours being sucked into a world where my imagination solves problems, goes on adventures, and develops relationships.
We play with a pretty great group of guys. I always love meeting my husband’s D&D friends because I feel so comfortable with them! I am a bit of a weirdo, I admit. I have always been the odd girl. But when we play Dungeons and Dragons, I fit it. And I like it 🙂 Even if it makes me a geek.
When we bought our house, one of the first things I did was get rid of cable. We were never home to watch it and I when we were, I was watching too many episodes of the Real Housewives.
I had to cut myself off!
Enter Firefly.
I seriously blame my husband for the love of sci fi and all of that geeky stuff.
But this show rocks. I cannot believe I am just now finding out about it!
I spent my week watching (and falling in love with) this show.
Maybe it’s just me, but it reminded me of Star Wars. And I love me some Star Wars.
And lastly, I am so in love with my house! In particular, my new client meeting area!
My husband and I spent the night painting my client viewing area purple.
That’s right. Purple. And it’s fabulous.
The color matching my branding perfectly.
I have so many plans for not only this house, but for my business!
Having a space to meet with clients has been my biggest goal since I started my business in 2010. I want you to be able to come in, hang out, chat. I want you to know that you are always welcome to come to me! I am also so stoked to be able to have super huge gallery wrapped canvases displaying my art on the walls.
Now I just have to narrow down the images…
I look forward to being able to let people into my world. However weird, or crazy, or geeky it may be 😉
It’s me.
