Yesterday I had my first session in the in home boudoir studio.
Britney had photos done for her deployed husband. I’m pretty sure that there is an unwritten rule that Navy Seal wives have to be absolutely gorgeous. She did such an amazing job at her session!
I hope to take more photos of the studio soon. I am still adding a few things to it. I have some great things in store for it, but it requires a trip to Ikea 🙂
Here is a little glimpse of one of the sets in the studio.
And guess what, we MADE that headboard! Or should I say, my husbands awesome friends made it while I supervised 🙂 It was super easy and I hope to make more in the future. I plan on doing a little tutorial on how we made it in the future.
I am so excited to be able to offer my clients this space! It definitely saves on having to book a hotel room for your session. When your partner is out of town then there isn’t really much use for the hotel room after your session. I love being able to offer some convenience and bring my style to your boudoir session.
My friend Erin of Lundy Photography came over a few days ago and one thing she said really stuck with me. You walk in and think “I am in LeZandra Photography”. My heart pretty much did a giant leap at that point 🙂
I will be honest, I have struggled with designing the studio. Down to the very pillows placed on the bed.
But I wanted it to be a reflective of my style.
I have to say: Mission Accomplished.
I hope to do an in depth post on the studio soon. But there is your little sneak peek!
