Ms. S knows that the passion that is in her relationship with her husband can ebb and flow, especially when they were experiencing the distance during a deployment last year. While he was off fighting for our freedom, she was carrying the massive load at home. Being military makes it difficult but these two set aside time to do something special – a couples boudoir session in our Norfolk Studio.

 

 

After having experienced her own session, S knew that she had to come back. This couples session became a time for these two to reconnect and start a new chapter, together. They were experiencing SO many life transition’s that setting aside time for their session seemed impossible. But they made space for this connection.

 

 

I am fortunate to meet people and become long-time friends with them. I recently caught up with S+M and their story drove me to share the powerful connection they have. They’ve been through so much together, and not all of it easy.

 

 

 

Their couples boudoir session is a story of their relationship in real life. Sweet, fiery, intense, beautiful. A combination of both the light and the dark. Having this moment to look back on during the dark times can be just the lift you need to feel empowered again.

What made you decide to hire me as your photographer?

I had used you before and knew you were the one we wanted. Your energy and positive attitude are the BEST. I wasn’t really nervous, more just didn’t know how it was going to go down for couples.

 

 

Now that you’ve had your own photo shoot, how was it?

Amazing!!! We loved every second. I LOVED the “therapy” session before hand. It really got us comfortable and set up with a good understanding of what we all wanted.

 

 

 

What would you say to someone considering doing a boudoir shoot?

DO IT! The confidence boost it gives you is unmeasured. You leave feeling like you can conquer the world.

 

 

That is what I want you to feel more than anything after doing a session with me. To rekindle the passion that you have in your life, to be more in touch and in love with yourself. And of course to be a powerful badass.
