I know that many of us are so used to our own faces and we know what we like when it comes to makeup. But have you ever done makeup for a photo shoot? Believe it or not, it is actually much different than when you are preparing for your everyday look.
Makeup needs to be applied much heavier for photos in order to be picked up by the camera. A talented makeup artist understands the effects that studio lights have on your face and they will help contour and shape in order to combat that.

When it comes to boudoir, bigger is better! I always recommend going with big, voluminous curls. We want a look that is bigger and bolder than your everyday look because it photographs better.
A professional hair stylist will give you the sexy hair you are wanting, and it will hold throughout your session. And, our professional hair and makeup artists are available in the studio during the duration of your session so that they are able to touch up your look so that you are always camera ready!
Here is an example of professionally styled hair and makeup. Miss D is absolutely gorgeous! There is no doubt about that. But I can definitely say that her session would not have turned out as amazing as it did if she had decided not to have her hair and makeup styled professionally.
