It’s an amazing feeling when everything you envision comes together perfectly. Seriously, it rocks your world.

As an artist I am constantly thinking of ways that I can improve my craft. When I have somebody that is willing to let me experiment it makes my job so much more fulfilling.

This year I have decided to focus on boudoir along with weddings. There is something amazing in being able to give somebody the joy and happiness of seeing themselves in a completely new light.

Throughout our session I would show Laura the images. I have the habit of making a little girly squeal every time I see awesomeness on the back of my screen. I was squealing a lot 🙂

Laura told me that she could not believe that the woman on the back of my camera was her. She said she felt so…so… sexy.

Hold on now. Laura is freaking gorgeous. ANY woman would kill to have her looks. For her to tell me this was just mind blowing.

I will admit, I was nervous. Photography gives me butterflies. I swear, every time I meet a client or go shooting I am worried that I will mess up, or that they won’t be happy, or that some insane natural disaster will occur and my insurance won’t cover it.

It’s ridiculous how nervous I get.

And then I arrive on location and a feeling of zen washes over me.

Giving a woman her sexy back makes my day. Scratch that, makes my year.

If I can put a little oomph in somebody’s step then I have done my job 🙂
