Hi, I'm LeZandra

Not all therapy has to involve tissues, tears, and you sitting on a couch.

My kind of therapy involves lingerie, ropes, heels, beds, rain, and maybe even a whip or two. Truthfully, it can involve whatever you want.

Boudoir photography, also known as intimate photography, is a type of photography that focuses on capturing sensual, intimate, and personal moments. A lot of people think boudoir is for the recipient of the photos that are captured, but in my opinion, they are mistaken. Boudoir sessions are never for someone else, they are for the subject of the photos.

Boudoir photography is a form of self-expression and empowerment that needs to be recognized. My studio is a safe and controlled environment where you can explore your own sexuality and sensuality. You are allowed to let your freak flag fly here! In fact, it is encouraged. In what other place will you have all of these intimate tools at your disposal? Be freaky and own it. Empower yourself!

In recent years, boudoir photography has gained popularity as a form of therapyAND I AM HERE FOR IT. I mean, I am studying to be a sex coach after all. The type of photography I offer can help individuals confront and overcome their body image issues and insecurities. I know this because I see it consistently. People often enter my studio bashful, unsure of themselves, and a little anxious about the boudoir experience. But after posing for boudoir photos, these individuals are able to see themselves in a new light and gain a greater appreciation for their own bodies. I watch people transform into their true selves through the lens of my camera. Nothing is more empowering and self-healing than that.

Boudoir can also be a way for individuals to reconnect with their partners and enhance their intimacy. Sex being hush-hush is a thing of the past. If you’ve got love then it needs to be celebrated and brought forward! Many couples choose to do boudoir shoots together as a way to reignite their passion and add some excitement to their relationship. The session itself is a form of therapy that a couple gets to work through together, and then later the photos can serve as a reminder of the love and connection the couple shares. Boudoir session benefits don’t have an expiration date – they’re timeless.

Boudoir photography boosts self-confidence and self-esteem. By seeing themselves through the lens of the camera, individuals are able to appreciate their own beauty and sexiness. Within the walls of my studio, you are allowed to be whoever the hell you want to be. This is freeing! You answer to nobody. You have no need to explain yourself. The power to exist as you are is extraordinary. Boudoir is a powerful and transformative experience. All of my clients leave feeling more comfortable and confident in their own skin, and that is something I take pride in.

Boudoir photography is a valuable tool for personal growth and self-improvement. Whether you are looking to overcome body image issues, reignite the spark in your relationship, or simply celebrate your own beauty, boudoir photography absolutely is a form of therapy – and I’d love to be your guide
