Hi, I'm LeZandra

If you are anything like me, the holiday season was filled with a TON of emotions.

It is during these times that I remember to lean in and truly find myself again.

I lean into the knowledge that I have learned over the last couple decades of life that have helped me navigate through some pretty challenging obstacles and come through stronger than ever.

 

We could all use a little Mindset Mastery to help us navigate through the bullshit.

I love babes who choose to take charge of their lives and own their happiness! Which is why I am bringing these tips to you for free!


Day 1: Mindfulness Matters

Studies show time and time again just how beneficial mindfulness is on your physical and mental health.

Mindfulness is the act of being conscious and aware of your present experience.

I’ve been working from home for the last 10 years, with the last 7 of those spent working with a rambunctious little boy. I have found that how I start the day sets the stage for how successful the day will be. If I start off in a funk, it is very hard to shake that feeling. I end up feeling a lack of focus or motivation.

Shifting my focus the first thing in the morning has been a MASSIVE help in waking up with intention!

I start each morning with some mindfulness work. By asking myself some of the following questions I am able to check in with myself and see where I will be focusing my energy for the day.
