You may remember Valerie from my previous post.

Well, today is this hot momma’s birthday!!!

So I would love for you all to join me in wishing her a happy one!

Valerie has been on a weight loss journey since January and she has made such amazing progress!

I have watched her over the last few months and I have been nothing short of amazed. She gets up early to make sure that she hits the gym. She has been eating clean and making sure to stay healthy while going about her journey.

She has been blogging about her weight loss over at Fab Chick Get’s Fit and I definitely encourage you to check it out!

I was so happy to see that she did a post about her experience with me!

Let me just say, I love the courage she had to do her session outdoors!

“I love how comfortable LeZandra made me feel. I mean, I will turn ANY uncomfortable situation into a joke. But she has a way of making you feel like you have clothes on. Like there is no one around but the two of us. That man on the moped who drove by 3 times was just a figment of my imagination. HA!

I felt sexy, confident and like I should be so proud of how far I’ve come since January. I suggest ANYONE take boudoir pics. Document your progress and really love your process. It has been really hard for me to document every single aspect of this weight loss but the process has been amazing. The progress photos, the encouragement from my blog readers and getting emails from people just like me have kept me going. So thank you. I would have NEVER thought I could do this back in January, and I DID.
