Why I Love Couples Boudoir

I never planned on being a boudoir photographer. In fact, I earned my degree in Psychology with the intention of becoming a Sex Therapist to help couples deepen their connection, intimacy, and the strength of their relationships.

 

I fully believe that a deep connection to our sexual selves can help us live fuller, more authentic lives and help us connect with others on a deeper level that has the power to grow us immensely!

 

I believe in the transformative power of connection. My mission is to empower individuals and couples to embrace their authenticity, shed societal expectations, and revel in the sensuality of their relationships.

The Consultation:

Our process begins with a consultation, where we sit down with you to discuss your vision, preferences, and boundaries.

This is not just about discussing poses and props; it’s about delving into the emotional landscape of your relationship.

I want to know how you met. Who made the first move. I want to hear about the moment when you realized you were falling passionately in love. I want to hear about the ups and downs and how you have worked together to navigate the unexpected turns of life.

We’ll talk about your journey together, your shared experiences, and what you hope to capture during the session. This conversation lays the foundation for a truly authentic and personalized experience.

Setting the Scene:

On the day of the shoot, our studio transforms into a sanctuary of love and intimacy. We pay attention to every detail, from lighting to décor, to create a space that reflects the unique essence of your relationship. Whether you prefer a cozy, intimate setting or something more adventurous and playful, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

We will walk through our 4,500sqft Norfolk Boudoir Studio and show you all of the places that we can create some magic.

The Experience:

During the session, my goal is to capture the essence of your connection in its purest form. I’ll guide you through poses and expressions that feel natural and authentic to you and how you connect, allowing you to relax and be fully present with each other.

 

Every couple has their own unique dynamic that I love to incorporate into their session experience. Perhaps there are power dynamics at play? Maybe one has a fetish they love to indulge in. This is where the fun truly comes out as you are guided into spaces that allow you to connect in your own erotic space, as I act like a fly on the wall guiding you through.

 

Our approach is guided and intuitive, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Creating moments for authentic connection allows you two the space to be playful and explore while letting your natural intimacy shine through.

The Aftermath:

A couples boudoir session with me truly is like two hours of the most erotic foreplay. You two will spend your time teetering on the edge of desire. From intense make out sessions, to stripping each other down to the sexiest lingerie (or nothing if you’re feeling bold), you will leave ready to continue the fun. After the session, I’ll send you off to enjoy the blissful afterglow. I spend the next couple weeks editing and narrowing through the hundreds of images we captured during our time together, showing you the very best ones. You’ll come back to see me for your Unveiling and Image Ordering Appointment to select your favorite images, ensuring that they reflect the true spirit of your connection.
