What I love most about our clients is how independent all of our ladies are.

Miss K is no exception.

She is a small business owner who works so hard taking care of others. She has built her company from the ground up and has been so incredibly successful balancing business and family. She takes on the needs of others everyday, so it was so great being able to spend the day entirely focused on her.

She has had previous boudoir experiences, but she wasn’t satisfied with the results. She wanted something different. And different we definitely achieved!

One thing she told me during her session was that she loved the art that I create. As an entrepreneur in the creative industry, it was the greatest compliment!!!

I wanted her session to be like no other!

We started her session at The Main, a gorgeous hotel located right down the street from the studio!

I absolutely LOVE the decor. From the red piano to the black and purple wallpaper featuring bats and Venus fly traps, I was in love!

She started in a gorgeous dress that hugged her curves. Her confidence, power, and sensuality just radiated. You don’t have to wear lingerie for your session.

I firmly believe that sexy is a state of mind.

Miss K has a quiet confidence that I just love!

We ventured back to our Downtown Norfolk Boudoir Studio to photograph her outfits in our various sets.

I like to coordinate the outfits with each location, making sure that each one compliments the other.

She brought some gorgeous pieces from my favorite lingerie company, Honey Birdette, and they couldn’t not have been a more perfect compliment for her!

This red piece coupled with her jet black hair looked incredible!

We ventured out on town again and went to shoot at one of my favorite Downtown spots!

The sunlight brought out a beautiful glow in her complexion and we took advantage of the cityscape that Norfolk has to offer.

When we made our way back to the studio, the sun had set just in time for us to capture some images by the fire.

Our Fire sessions are some of my favorites, because there is so much beauty in the shadows.

I love the warm glow across the skin and the intensity that the fire seems to bring out in all of our clients. Not to mention, this piece from Honey Birdette made all of my boudie photographer dreams come true!
